OVERVIEW

Cross-examination is an essential part of every trial, and is often the most fearful one. Every manoeuvre by a defence counsel is cleverly designed to raise reasonable doubt in the evidence and processes presented by the prosecution. this 1-day experiential workshop, you will learn what to expect in cross-examination and recognized strategies of attack and techniques to counter them.
