The trainer is an Allied Health Professions Council Registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience in workplace well-being, rehabilitation, and corporate ergonomics. The trainer has led wellness initiatives, conducted service audits for MOH, and provided consultancy for AIC, CODACARE, and NTUC Eldercare, specializing in corporate health, stress management, and workplace ergonomics.
