OVERVIEW OF INVESTIGATIVE REPORT WRITING COURSE

The goal of an investigation report is not only to show the details of the investigation and their outcome, they also to serve as a useful resource for reference. The responsible authority relies on the report to determine what appropriate actions should be taken. A good report must set out the nature of the allegations, show relevant facts, and provide the evidence collected.

The investigative report writing course is a part of the CSI Series, an in-depth training series comprising 6 essential investigator’s skills. Designed by a defence counsel and senior police officer (NSman), this series of workshops offer insights into defence's strategies and sharpen your investigation skills.

What Is So Unique About This Workshop?

  1. The trainer has extensive experience from both sides of the law i.e. as a police officer with deep investigation experience, and as a legal counsel in criminal and civil cases.
  2. The trainer’s extensive experience allows him to design a comprehensive and practical curriculum.
  3. Acquire real investigative skills, not theories.
  4. Real and relevant case examples to facilitate the application of relevant skills.
  5. Personal guidance during practices
